On our quest being “wheat-free” I found THIS delicious recipe
to make Girl-Scout type “thin mints.”
My first batch of chocolate turned out looking really funky.
I added the peppermint extract before melting my Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips.
Then I added a couple Tbsp milk.
Totally weird looking.
The 2nd picture I melted the chips FIRST, then added the peppermint extract.
They both tasted delicious, but the 2nd batch just looks better.
